The 66th Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival will be held March 21 – 23, 2025.
- Thursday, August 1, 2024 – Application available on ZAPP
- Monday, September 23, 2024 – Application deadline to ZAPP, by Midnight, EST. Requirements: 4 images (3 artwork, 1 booth) with no identifying markers
- Saturday, October 26, 2024 – ZAPP Screening at Winter Park City Hall, 401 S. Park Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32789. Open to all applicants and the public 8 am to 4 pm
- Sunday, November 4, 2024 – Notification of Screening results from ZAPP emailed on or before this date
- Monday, December 9, 2024 – Acceptance and Exhibitor Fee through ZAPP by Midnight, EST
- Monday, December 9, 2024 – Booth requests deadline for invited artists. Fill out the form or email to zapp@wpsaf.org by Midnight, EST. See Invited Artists page for more Booth Request details.
- Tuesday, December 31, 2024 – Exhibitor Fee refund request deadline. Email to artistinfo@wpsaf.org by Midnight, EST. Exhibitor Fee refund is subject to an administrative fee of $35.00
- Thursday, March 20, 2025 – Spaces located in Central Park may be set up AFTER 8:30 am. Check in with Headquarters before set-up. Headquarters is open 7 am – 6 pm (NW corner of Park Ave & Morse Blvd)
- Friday, March 21, 2025 – Spaces located along Park Avenue may be set up AFTER 5 am. Check in with Headquarters or Space Assignment Committee before set-up. Headquarters is open from 5 am to 6 pm. (NW corner of Park Ave & Morse Blvd)
- March 21, 22 and 23, 2025 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) The 66th Annual Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival hours Friday and Saturday, 9 am – 6 pm Sunday, 9 am – 5 pm
